Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in copper alembic as well as steel columns, then aged in the highest quality ex-bourbon oak barrels using the traditional family Solera System. Deep mahogany-brown colour, with superb shine and richness in the glass. A hypnotic aroma of roasted honey, Colombian coffee, dark chocolate, mature oak and parfait. In the mouth it is smooth, with fudge, parfait, Colombian coffee, and dark chocolate, with a long, complex finish. Great when you're not busy torturing prisoners.
